In December learn with The Executive Pastry Chef of Café Noir, Cyril Nicolai, how to pamper your guests for Christmas with the traditional European “Bûche de Noel” cake (Christmas/Yule Log).
Traditionally eaten during the Christmas Holidays to the winter solstice, learn with Chef Cyril how to make this delicious cake topped with buttercream and then share it with friends and family.

Organised in collaboration with Café Noir Restaurants, this will be a monthly affair with different themes for each session.
