The Executive Chef of Café Noir, Alexandre Seince is welcoming all those passionate about cooking and create with his support a gorgeous Risotto.

Oct - risotto

The Risotto is a northern Italian rice dish cooked in a broth to a creamy consistency. The broth can be derived from meat, fish, or vegetables. Many types of Risotto contain butter, wine, and onion. It is one of the most common ways of cooking rice in Italy.

Chef Alexandre’s Program:
– Mushroom risotto prepared with different variety of mushrooms for best flavors
– Chicken risotto cooking with chicken breast, vegetable and pesto cream. The best recipe for chicken lovers.

Organised in collaboration with Café Noir Restaurants, this will be a monthly affair with different themes for each session.
