About the Job
Airlearn is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Educator (French) for our French Content
division. This role involves creating high-quality educational content, leading a small team, and
providing strategic direction to ensure our language learning app meets the needs of learners in
the US market. The ideal candidate will possess a strong command of both French and English,
experience in content creation within the language learning sector, and the leadership skills
necessary to mentor a subject matter expert.
Key Responsibilities
– Design and develop engaging French language learning content tailored to the needs of the
US market.
– Collaborate with the Content Head and other team members to ensure a cohesive and
comprehensive curriculum.
– Utilize feedback and data analytics to refine and optimize content for maximum engagement
and effectiveness.
– Stay updated with the latest trends in language education to innovate and continuously
improve our content offering.
Qualifications
– Proficiency in French and strong English communication skills.
– Proven track record of creating compelling content for language learning, preferably with
experience working for language learning platforms.
– Demonstrated leadership ability with experience in team collaboration and mentorship.
– Strong understanding of curriculum development and educational content strategy.
– Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to content creation and optimization.
– Bachelor’s degree in French, Education, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred.
