Alliance Française de Bangalore invites you to a special evening with Gaël Clavière, renowned French pastry chef and Executive Pastry Chef to the French Prime Minister.

Often called “the Dalí of pastry”, Gaël Clavière is celebrated for transforming desserts into artistic, sensory experiences that blend technical mastery with bold creativity.

The evening will open with a conference by Gaël Clavière, where he shares his remarkable journey at the crossroads of gastronomy and art.

This will be followed by a conversation with Chef Amiel Guérin, founder of Amiel Gourmet – our favourite French restaurant in Bangalore!

The session will conclude with a special dessert tasting executed by Amiel’s Team based on original recipes by Gaël Clavière- yes, a literal taste of his culinary genius!
