and the reading of letters exchanged between the Schumanns read by Hans-Günter Löffler, Deputy Consul General of Germany in Bangalore.

The entry to the concert is free and on a first come first serve basis.

The most famous love story of the history of music: Robert Schumann (1810-1856), German composer of romantic music, and the famous pianist Clara Wieck (1819-1896) fell in love with each other but had to wait for many years to marry. Their correspondance has been translated into English gives an wonderful insight view on their emotional and musical relationship.
