Curriculum

Our course structure is adapted to suit the official guidelines recommended by the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.

One of the main objectives of the CEFR is to provide all language learners with clear, common standards of evaluation with respect to language acquisition encouraging international cooperation in the field of languages. To learn more about the DELF international exams held at AF Bangalore, click here.

This standardization helps evaluate linguistic competencies of learners from different backgrounds. At the Alliance française de Bangalore, each level of the CEFR is covered in 160 hours of training (Two sessions of 80 hours of classes).

Independently of the DELF exams, in order to move up to the next level, students have to pass internal evaluations which will be held throughout the session and have to attend classes regularly.
