Learn to perfect the Poached, Papillotte & Sautéed Fish. This cooking session will give you hands on lessons on how to clean, prepare ad debone a fish; and marry the same with White Butter, Paloise, Antiboise sauces.
Organised in collaboration with Café Noir Restaurants, this will be a monthly affair with different themes for each session.
